Jeff Cheek serves as Director of Home Services at Virtue Homes and is a key leader within the Virtue Pro network. He brings decades of executive leadership experience, including helping scale a startup company from 4 employees to nearly 4,000 team members and over $500 million in annual revenue. During that growth, one principle became clear.

Companies don’t grow. People do.

Jeff began on the front lines and worked his way through operations, sales, and leadership development, eventually serving as Vice President of Leadership and Development. He understands what it takes to build strong teams, healthy culture, and systems that allow businesses to scale without losing their foundation.
